Position Overview
As Duty Manager you will serve as the face of the property ensuring seamless operations and an elevated guest experience that reflects the prestige of the Bvlgari brand. You will lead by example inspire excellence and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations including night management
Lead and support front office and guest services teams
Resolve guest concerns with discretion and grace
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure service excellence
Coach and develop team members through training and performance feedback
Maintain a visible presence in public areas during peak times
Respond to emergencies with professionalism and poise
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Japanese
Minimum 3 years of experience in front office or guest services
or
Degree in Hospitality or related field (experience not required)
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for luxury service and attention to detail
