Cultivate and oversee the relationship with our Sales Partners in Central Eastern Europe ensuring our partner has the support necessary for success.
Manage Partner performance including communication with C-level executives and Sales Directors.
Drive daily sales performance and handle partner issues effectively including IDM management.
Develop and implement strategies for growing revenue market-wide annual and quarterly business plans and oversee their execution.
Lead key initiatives such as brand safety marketing strategy in the market.
Negotiate commercial terms with Sales Partners to maximize mutual returns.
Guide Sales Partners in implementing scalable ad-optimization and campaign delivery strategies while maintaining Xs high-quality standards.
Offer thought leadership on the social media landscape and Xs position in the market
Who You Are:
If youre an enthusiastic X user with a proven track record in Partner Management and solid customer relationships we would love to hear from you.
You have in-depth knowledge of the media landscape.
Direct experience in digital sales and marketing.
Exceptional understanding of X as a consumer and advertising product.
A sharp eye for innovations and emerging opportunities for using X in the media landscape.
Well-established proficiency in business tools such as Keynote and Excel with a general understanding of data visualization.
Comfortable devising and conducting research projects.
Requirements:
5-7 years of related experience in digital media sales partner management or business development.
A motivated data-driven team player with a strong drive to exceed targets a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced dynamic and often ambiguous work environment.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Aptitude creativity and a preference for working in small collaborative teams.
Willingness to go the extra mile for our partners.
