Job Description
- Berkomunikasi dengan klien untuk konfirmasi approval SPK & NDA.
- Termasuk dengan negosiasi kesepakatan apabila ada permintaan perubahan / penambahan pasal dalam SPK Talenta & NDA.
- Membuat SPK & NDA perjanjian kerjasama antara Perusahaan dengan klien.
- Memastikan dokumen hardcopy SPK & NDA sudah final dan ditandatangan oleh klien dikembalikan sebelum fase implementasi.
- Melakukan update secepatnya di Gdocs terkait progress approval ttd dan pengembalian SPK & NDA.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan Finance terkait proses pembayaran invoice dari klien.
- Melakukan offering renewal kontrak 3 bulan sebelum masa kontrak klien berakhir.
- Membuat SPK bagi klien yg renew.
- Melakukan update secepatnya di Gdocs terkait progress renewal.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Sales Operations / Sales Admin prefer B2B.
- Memiliki komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik Fast Learner dan detail oriented.
- Bahasa Inggris yang ditulis dan diucapkan akan menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office.
- Smart Matured Initiative dan Proactive-Energetic.
