QC Afdelingen:

Quality Control (QC) bestr af flere afdelinger - herunder QC Microbiology med ca. 30 ansatte. Vi sger en laborant til vores mikrobiologisk laborant team der bestr af 8 dedikerede laborant samt 1 elev.Vi er som team ansvarlige for for mikrobiologiske analyser til bde kliniske forsg og kommerciel produktion af drug substans metode validering mikrobiologiske analyser p vand samt endotoxin analyser p APIs. Arbejdet udfres under cGMP og AGC Biologics hndterer spndende kundeprojekter fra fase I frem til kommercielt stadie.

QC Microbiologi er i tt samarbejde med Manufacturing Up- & Downstream Development Quality Assurance og eksterne laboratorier med til at supportere alle trin i en produktionsproces. Alt hvad vi gr er i tt samarbejde med vores kunder.

Opgaver og Ansvar:

Som Laborant/teknikker i vores mikrobiologisk team vil du arbejde med mikrobiologiske samt endotoxin analyser fra produktion af drug substance.

Du vil f muligheder for at foretage undersgelser/support og lave opflgninger til korrigerende/ forebyggende aktioner i forbindelse med mikrobielle produkt-overskridelser dette i samarbejde med udviklings- og produktionsafdelinger.

Din Profil:

Vi forventer at du har en laborant uddannelse eller tilsvarende og mske nogen erhvervserfaring inden for Mikrobiologi/miljmonitorering gerne fra en kvalitetsafdeling/pharmaceutisk industri. Derudover er det en fordel med:

• Erfaring med farmaceutiske mikrobiologiske analyser

• Hj kvalitetssans og erfaring med review af data

• En god sans for humor og evnen til at planlgge og afslutte dit arbejde selvstndigt og effektivt til tiden i den rette kvalitet

• Erfaring med at arbejde under cGMP

• Evne for at interagere positivt i et team og i tt samarbejde med andre Laboranter og Scientists

• Evne for at kommunikere professionelt bde skriftligt og mundtligt p dansk og engelsk

Laboratory Technician for QC Microbiology

Do you want to work in an international and inspiring environment

We are looking for a laboratory assistant/technician temporary one year from 1st of October 2025.

The QC Department:

The Quality Control unit at AGC Biologics A/S consists of several departments incl. QC Microbiology with approximately 30 employees. We are looking for a laboratory technician for the QC Microbiology technician team consisting of 8dedicated technicians and a laboratory trainee. Our team isresponsible for microbiological analysis on APIs for clinical and commercial samples method validation microbiological analyses on pharmaceutical water and Endotoxin analysis on APIs. The work is conducted under cGMP and AGC Biologics handle exciting customer projects from Phase I to Commercial stages.

The department works in close collaboration with Manufacturing Up- and Downstream Development QA and external laboratories to maintain control of all steps in the manufacturing processes. Everything we do we do in close collaboration with our customers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Your tasks will cover microbiological analysis on APIs and product endotoxin analysis. Furthermore you will assist in administrative tasks i.e. review and approval of analytical results. You will have the opportunity to do investigations/support and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions in co-operation with Development and Manufacturing departments.

Your Profile:

We expect you to hold a degree as laboratory technician or similar and preferably have some experience within the pharmaceutical addition you might have some of the following experience and characteristics:

• Experience with pharmaceutical microbiological analyses and water testing

• Experience with working cGMP

• Have a high Quality mindset

• Experience within review of data

• A flexible dynamic and excellent team player with good English and Danish skills

• A good sense of humor and the ability to plan and complete your work independently and efficiently

• Taking responsibility for your personal assignments and completing high quality work in a timely manner
