Diehl Kia of Hermitage is hiring a Service Appointment Coordinatorfor our Hermitage PA dealership! This position is an excellent starting point for advancement in one of the premier dealership groups in the state.
Responsibilities include:
1. Answering customer phone calls
2. Scheduling service appointments
3. Customer service including follow up with customers while in the store and after the appointment
4. Assisting Service Manager with daily tasks
5. Be able to be customer facing and assist customers / direct them to correct personnel or department.
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office365 products such as Excel Word and One Drive
2. Basic knowledge of automotive DMS systems likeTekion (preferred but not necessary)
3. Timely polite ambitious and present themselves professionally.
4. Ability to multi-task and be organized.
