Identify opportunities to expand the company business including through partnerships acquisitions and new markets.
Lead cross functional collaboration in assessing potential new product lines.
Lead/support the process of strategy development including commercial team structure design launch and results tracking of the selected new product lines.
Identify other areas of opportunity to accelerate business growth and provide recommendation to the General Manager.
Lead/support special projects as assigned.
Qualification:
Male/Female Age 35 or above
Bachelors degree in sciences
Minimum of 5 years experience in selling medical equipment through the medical channel with a focus on oncology and cardiovascular fields.
Or Minimum of 5 years experience in selling medical equipment through the medical channel with a focus on Life Science
Minimum 5 years of experience as sales manager product manager or key account manager in the healthcare industry
Excellent people management problem solving communication collaboration and negotiating skills
Strategic analytical result driven detail-oriented resourceful and has initiatives
Customer oriented and people oriented
High&demonstrable sense of entrepreneurship
Above all must demonstrate a healthy attitude towards work customers and team members
