About the role
Christians Against Poverty (CAP) is seeking a new Head of Client Services to lead the Client Services teams through a pivotal season of growth and transformation as CAP launches its refreshed Debt Help Service. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring strategic leadership sector expertise and a passion for impact to a refreshed and future-focused CAP.
Reporting directly to the Services Director you will oversee all aspects of Client Services operations providing guidance and leadership to three newly appointed managers. Youll be instrumental in shaping a high-performing team that delivers exceptional services with excellence innovation and partnership.
Youll bring a deep passion for CAPs Kaupapa and vision of helping people build financial resilience.
You will be an expert in the Building Financial Capability Sector.
Youll be skilled at building a team and championing them towards CAPs refreshed services and Vision.
