Job Description
What Youll Do
- As our PCA youll play a key role in supporting our environmental and product safety compliance efforts. Youll ensure that our products meet regulatory requirements and support sustainability data initiatives across the organization.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Stay current on EU and global regulations such as REACH WEEE ESPR CSRD and more and share insights internally and externally.
- Assist in identifying compliance gaps and support improvements across business processes.
- Collect and manage product compliance and sustainability data.
- Analyze data for accuracy and consistency and prepare it for sustainability calculations and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing Manufacturing ESG and Quality.
- Support compliance-related processes with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree (or in the final year of study) in Sustainability Environmental Science or a related compliance field.
- A strong interest in regulatory compliance (e.g. REACH RoHS RED ESPR CE FCC).
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Visio) and experience with compliance or product data systems.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Open-minded flexible and service-oriented.
Who Youll Work With
- Internally:
- Youll collaborate with Product Marketing Program Management Manufacturing Quality and ESG Compliance teams.
- Externally:
- Youll liaise with UEI factories contract manufacturers suppliers and third-party compliance partners.
