Lead Account ManagerJob Description:
Position Summary
The Lead Account Manager will manage key strategic customers in Japan focusing on improving their productivity performance and technology with advanced materials and process solutions. Lead Account Manager needs high communication skills based on problem solving skills win-win negotiation skill logical/analytical thinking and intimacy skills together with a strong accountability to give full effort to achieve best outcomes. Success will be measured by project achievements revenue growth and alignment with PACE values. Details on our PACE values is described below.
Main responsibilities
Understand all aspects of customers with a desire to keep learning more no matter how much already know
Ensure alignment between key customers and Entegris technology roadmaps with intensive communication with regional and BU leaders and set common goals
Create clear and focused plans for managing key accounts and align with key regional and BU leaders
Commitment to achieve strategic plans with full effort for exceptional outcomes
Facilitate executive- and working-level update sessions as well as in-depth technical review meetings
Develop both single- and cross-divisional initiatives
Foster proactive communication with all relevant operational managers including quality logistics customer service supply chain and business planning teams
Education & experiences
Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering Chemistry or Business is preferred. Masters or doctoral degree will be considered higher potential
10 years experience equivalent knowledge in Japan semiconductor process and industry map
10 years equivalent knowledge of Business-to-Business sales experience. Having knowledge and practical experience with Miller Heimans method would be an added priority
Possessing a natural insatiable curiosity and passion for both individual customers and various technologies
Advanced skills in Excel for processing financial figures and technical data
Advanced presentation skills to make simple power and effective slides. Knowledge and practical experience
Fluent verbal and written Japanese and English communication capability. Capable for very frequent contacts inside company and outside customers either by emails phones or text messages
Ability to travel 50% domestically and internationally. High time management skill is required.
