Job Summary
Oliver Mall on behalf of Laya Healthcare are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for its Cork operation.

The role:
- You will operate in a fast paced working environment as part of a highly motivated and hard-working team
- You will advise our members and prospective members on their insurance needs delivering our brand promise of looking after you always
- This is a full time position based in our offices in Little Island Co. Cork.
Desired skills and experience:
- Third level qualification desirable but not essential. Minimum of Leaving Certificate or equivalent required
- Experience involving client contact or customer service in the insurance industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role
- This role would suit a sincere and capable individual
- This is a varied and progressive role for a friendly sincere and capable individual
