Job Description
Primary Function
Lead and manage Process Safety Management (PSM) projects across various industries ensuring high-quality delivery compliance with standards and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver PSM projects including HAZOP SIL LOPA QRA (classification verification) primarily in nuclear power petrochemical and power battery sectors.
Meet revenue and KPI targets for PSM services and related business areas.
Build and maintain networks with partners clients and industry stakeholders to expand PSM business opportunities.
Plan execute and oversee projects to ensure timely cost-effective and quality delivery.
Develop and manage internal and external resources to support project execution.
Monitor project team competence service quality and performance.
Take ownership of professional growth and keep up-to-date with industry standards.
Support other assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or above in Petroleum Chemical Safety Instrumentation Electrical Electronics or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in HSE or PSM-related roles preferably with experience in high-risk industries.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Strong problem-solving influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Flexible proactive and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
Mission-driven with a strong sense of responsibility urgency and can-do attitude.
Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
