Our customer is a centre for selling fashionable clothing to customers members and entrepreneurs across the country.
Job Description:
- Developing and delivering engaging training programs on products brand history and selling techniques.
- Conducting in-store training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and performance of sales teams.
- Collaborating with store managers and regional training managers to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Staying updated on product launches seasonal collections and brand initiatives to ensure the training content is current and relevant.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and sales performance.
- Providing ongoing support and coaching to sales associates to improve customer service and product presentation skills.
- Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages continuous development and excellence in customer experience.
- Maintaining training records and reporting on the progress and impact of training activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Good command of spoken English.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Trainer.
- Ability to travel to various store locations within Bangkok as required.
