Job Description
Job Title: Lead Product Manager (Web Design and Development strategy Agile Dev exp)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities- Lead product strategy by identifying user needs framing problems and synthesizing research to inform decision-making
- Define success metrics (OKRs and KPIs) rooted in user-driven outcomes that demonstrate measurable value for New Yorkers
- Develop clear and detailed product requirements that translate user needs into actionable features
- Guide agile delivery across multiple workstreams ensuring timely execution and alignment with program goals
- Prioritize product backlogs using insights from user research analytics and stakeholder objectives
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and communicate strategic outcomes effectively to delivery teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners-including design engineering research and policy teams-to solve complex problems
- Lead and participate in user research activities to validate solutions and inform continuous product improvement
- Manage external technology and delivery partners ensuring strong accountability and value-driven results
- Own and maintain product roadmaps OKRs KPIs and reporting dashboards to track progress and outcomes
- Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders presenting status updates risks and strategic outcomes with clarity
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering Product Design or a related field
- 8 years of experience in software and web development
- 4 years of proven success leading digital products from concept through launch and continuous improvement
- Strong written verbal and presentation skills including experience with public speaking
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate abstract or complex ideas into actionable user-centered features
- Solid understanding of modern digital technologies tools and industry trends
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning and professional growth
