Were seeking an ambitious and influential Director of Pricing Global Accounts to join our Global Accounts team. This is a pivotal HG 19 role designed for a high-potential leader ready to make a significant commercial difference by shaping our pricing strategy for Randstads largest and most complex global clients.

Influence & Impact (80% of your role!): This is where youll shine. Youll be the commercial brain influencing and partnering with MDs CFOs the Commercial Committee and even the Executive Board. Your ability to build consensus and drive commercial decisions will directly contribute to winning new enterprise business and expanding our global portfolio (2.5BN EUR total spend).
Strategic Pricing Leadership: Take ownership of developing and implementing our global strategic and transparent pricing framework for multi-country large and complex clients. Youll act as the Center of Expertise for Randstad on pricing and delivery costs globally overseeing global/multi-regional pricing matters for our Enterprise clients.
Lead & Develop Our Talent: Lead and mentor two key teams: our dedicated pricing specialists (2 FTE) and our MIAMI reporting team (5 FTE) who are crucial in building standardized dashboards and providing critical client data. Your HR and mentorship skills will be key to their growth.
Play at the Top Level: Engage with our largest clients externally presenting sophisticated pricing strategies and being part of the negotiation team on a case-by-case basis. Youll be a core part of the Capital Risk Community (CRC).

What youll be doing:
Commercial Control & Strategy: Drive the strategic commercial control of our largest clients developing high-quality global business cases and facilitating commercial tender and negotiation discussions.
Pricing Innovation: Build and own our internal expertise center on pricing continuously seeking and maintaining relevant competitor analysis and market insights.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Global Strategic Account Leaders Enterprise Strategic Sales and country MDs to define pricing strategy and drivers.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor progress against strategy set targets and co-drive full capitalization of client contracts overseeing standardized dashboards.
What were looking for in you:
Financial & Pricing Expertise: Masters/university level in Finance/Economics with strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets. Proven ability to define pricing strategy build sophisticated pricing models and implement multi-country contracts.
Exceptional Influencer: Extensive experience in negotiating within a complex setting with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership internally and externally. This is 80% of the role!
Seasoned Leader: Over 10 years of experience in an international financial management setting with a proven ability to attract engage develop and promote diverse teams.
Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of client profitability commercial attractiveness in tenders and a track record of driving innovation and unlocking new business.
Global Mindset: Ability to thrive in a global matrixed team environment.
Communication: Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). A second language is preferred.
