Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to Plant HR Head you will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage HR Operations employee relations negotiation settlements etc.
Grievances or other issues
Coordinate the recruitment and selection process at corporate office and Plant in Nigeria
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Prepare the monthly MIS & share the reports with the management

Candidate Profile:Experience of HR in Plant Factory Manufacturing company is essential
