Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Reporting to Plant HR Head you will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage HR Operations employee relations negotiation settlements etc.
- Grievances or other issues
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process at corporate office and Plant in Nigeria
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Prepare the monthly MIS & share the reports with the management
Candidate Profile:Experience of HR in Plant Factory Manufacturing company is essential
