Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Plant HR Head you will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage HR Operations employee relations negotiation settlements etc.
  • Grievances or other issues
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection process at corporate office and Plant in Nigeria
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Prepare the monthly MIS & share the reports with the management

Candidate Profile:Experience of HR in Plant Factory Manufacturing company is essential
