AsHead of Functional Platform Air & LCL Planning & Execution you will lead a team of experts to define implement and continuously improve global processes and technology solutions that enable superior customer outcomes. Youll work cross-functionally with product operations and technology teams to ensure our platform delivers on strategic priorities and value realization.

About the Role

This role is central to Maersks strategic ambition to deliver scalable customer-centric solutions through innovation and leadership.

Leading a team of six direct reports you will spearhead a global transformation across more than 60 countries with a focus on process standardization technology enablement and operational excellence. Your teamcomprising Functional Platform Owners and Senior Platform Expertsoperates at the critical intersection of business and technology. Together you will translate strategic goals into scalable processes and systems that drive innovation and deliver superior customer outcomes. Collaboration curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement are the cornerstones of how we work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and strategic direction across Air & LCL operations
• Own the definition and governance of global processes business requirements and the technology roadmap within scope
• Drive standardization and lean process design across 60 countries
• Lead quarterly planning and prioritization of platform epics aligned with business goals
• Ensure value realization from OP1/OP2 initiatives and embed outcomes into BAU
• Manage interdependencies across platforms and global product lines (GPLs)
• Empower a high-performing team with strong customer orientation and technical acumen
• Foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued

What Were Looking For

• Proven leadership in platform and/or process improvement (preferably both) ideally within forwarding logistics or supply chain
• Strong background in forwarding process excellence (Lean/Six Sigma) and operational technology
• Experience working in agile environments and matrix organizations
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive cross-functional alignment
• Analytical mindset and data driven approach with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
• Passion for mentoring and developing talent
