Availability: Full-time with an ability to work mornings afternoons and occasional overtime holidays and weekends.
TheTime and Attendance Coordinator plays an essential role in growing talent in our business through collaboration and sharing best practices with the Ballistics team. They know how to be curious about their opportunities and how to be real with feedback and support. They support the administration of hourly timecards time-off requests and the collection and tracking of individual production numbers for targets and bonuses.

You will work closely with the room management and payroll teams to support the various initiatives that support the overall department performance.

Reporting to the Room Manager the Time and Attendance Coordinator will be expected to submit the daily attendance and bonus information to the highest standards while maintaining Lushs ethics and confidentiality standards. You will also undertake the following responsibilities.
