What YOU will do:

  • Source vet and onboard qualified vendors specializing in power washing services.
  • Maintain accurate vendor records contracts insurance and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling and execution of recurring and ad hoc power washing services across multiple locations.
  • Monitor and track service performance to ensure timely completion and adherence to scope and quality standards.
  • Conduct service quality audits through photo reviews checklists and/or site visits as needed.
  • Resolve service issues promptly escalating major concerns to the Vendor Manager.
  • Build strong relationships with vendor partners to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with procurement operations and facilities teams to align service expectations and improve vendor performance.
  • Support budgeting cost control and invoice validation for power washing services.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on vendor performance issue resolution and service metrics.
  • Assist in training internal stakeholders on service expectations vendor processes and work order protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree in business facilities management or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working with vendor management or facilities services preferably in exterior maintenance or power washing.
  • Knowledge of commercial power washing standards and best practices is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word).
  • Experience using work order and vendor management platforms (e.g. ServiceChannel Corrigo FM systems).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
  • Ability to analyze vendor performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel or field visits to verify vendor performance or support issue resolution.
  • Regular use of computers telephones and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to occasionally lift materials up to 25 pounds and conduct field assessments as needed.
  • Must be able to read service scopes review photographic documentation and communicate effectively with vendors and team members.
