Tasks and Responsibilities
- Understanding basic domestic operations and activities for agri-products (Key products: Sugar Molasses Soybean Soybean meal Cassava chips and starch Biomass).
- Demonstrating previous experience in other areas of logistics is an advantage but showing good communication skills working effectively within a team and maintaining flexibility and efficiency are key.
- Carrying out post-trade contract activities and day-to-day execution of bulk physical contracts concluded by the regional and local trading teams.
- Planning and coordinating deliveries with suppliers buyers and truck providers.
- Monitoring daily cargo movement and resolving any issues that arise.
- Summarizing total volume weight loss/gain and weight loss penalties for each individual project.
- Creating shipment numbers in the in-house system.
- Creating sales invoices and uploading all documents in the in-house system.
- Ensuring timely payments from buyers as per contract terms.
- Managing payments to suppliers and truck providers.
- Joining weekly Operations/Finance execution calls with the Singapore/Thai teams.
- Complying with any reasonable instructions issued by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in bulk agri-products (especially for sugar and molasses).
- Fluent in Thai and English (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail flexible with initiative and able to manage priorities effectively.
- Acting with integrity when handling confidential matters.
- Experienced with deliveries and logistics documents.
