Job Description
- Developing and managing financial budgets forecasts and long-term financial plans.
- Monitoring and controlling operational costs to improve profitability identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies.
- Providing financial analysis and support for business decisions and collaborating with various departments to optimize financial performance.
- Preparing monthly analysis and management reports for VPs the CMG Board and ExCom.
- Fostering a collaborative environment within the finance department.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
- Participating in strategic planning initiatives and contributing to business growth strategies.
- Evaluating investment opportunities and their financial implications.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 15 years of experience as a finance business partner.
- Proven experience in financial management retail planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English including reading writing speaking and listening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. ERP systems Excel).
