The Selling Partner Experience (SPX) organization is a large distributed global product program tech and operations team whose mission is to deliver a delightful end-to-end experience that enables Selling Partners to grow and thrive in our worldwide stores.
The Paragon Case Management Insights and Experience (PCMIE) team within the org owns the platform technologies used by 200 internal teams and programs and 500K users to solve complex issues and achieve a delightful experience to our Selling Partners and Amazon customers. Were seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the vision and roadmap of our AI product offerings. This suite of product includes critical AI infrastructure and net new technologies that enable the automation initiatives of five different VP orgs expected to achieve over $100MM annualized operating expense savings. This is a high visibility high impact role that collaborates with Applied Science Engineering and Product from orgs across Amazon.
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
