Job Description

Eligibility: This position is open to candidates with a current right to work in Thailand.


Department: Partnerships

Reports To: Head of Business Development

Preferred Start Date: Immediate (as soon as possible)

Contract Term: 2 years with potential for extension

Salary Range: THB 420.000 - 720.000 per annum (dependent on experience)
*Note: Salary includes a variable performance-based component.

JUMP! Foundation is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Partnership Development Officer to join our dynamic team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and generate new B2B leads through various channels such as networking events conferences online research referrals lead generation campaigns
  • Initial Outreach and Engagement:
    • Conduct initial outreach to prospective partners and clients via email phone conferences and in-person meetings.
      Effectively communicate the value proposition of JUMP! Programs and services.
  • Qualifying Leads:
    • Assess and qualify leads based on their needs interests and budget.
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of lead requirements.
    • Build and nurture relationships with potential partners and clients to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Manage and track the lead pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
    • Regularly update the status of leads and provide insights into lead progression.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends opportunities and potential areas for lead generation.
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to refine lead-generation strategies.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:
    • Establish and track key performance metrics for lead generation activities such as number of leads generated conversion rates and engagement levels.
    • Prepare regular reports on lead generation outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Partnership Data & Document Management:
    • Ensure consistent and accurate updates of any partnership-related document and data for all leads and partners.
    • Document / Data management and organization
  • Support Partnership Management Process:
    • Support Partnership Development calls through organizing notes next actions and associated documentation
    • Support Partnership Directors with tailoring or customizing program outlines


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


Partnership Development Expertise:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B partnership development with a proven track record of securing successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the full partnership lifecycle from lead generation and qualification to relationship building and negotiation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies across various channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively qualify leads based on needs interests and budget.
  • Proven success in managing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing partners to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Experience negotiating and closing partnership deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.


Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently showcase JUMP!s impact and value proposition to potential partners.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from different backgrounds and professional contexts.
  • Adept at building trust and fostering collaborative relationships.


Business Acumen & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of market research principles and the ability to identify emerging trends and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis to track lead generation efforts measure performance and generate insightful reports.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement data-driven lead generation and partnership strategies.


Additional Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in the non-profit sector or within a social enterprise a plus.
  • Familiarity with youth development programs and social impact initiatives is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Thai language skills are a plus.
