We have a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Drafterto join our Building Services group.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead the drafting works for Electrical/Telecom systems ensuring accuracy quality and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Generate detailed drawings plans and schematics for electrical wiring lighting systems power distribution and telecommunications infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with engineers designers and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings.
- Utilize technical capabilities in ACAD Revit and Navisworks to create 2D and 3D models ensuring an accurate representation of electrical and telecom components.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks identifying and resolving conflicts between different systems.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of drafting standards and procedures ensuring consistency and efficiency in drafting processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends standards and regulations related to electrical and telecom systems incorporating them into the drafting work as necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to junior draftspersons reviewing their work for accuracy and completeness.
What you will bring to the team:
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in leading drafting works in Electrical/Telecom systems preferably within the UAE context.
- Proficiency in ACAD (AutoCAD) Revit and Navisworks is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and telecom system design principles codes and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts and workflows is a plus.
This job offer can be based either in Makati Quezon Cityor Cebu depending on your home base/location.
Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
