Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Financial Modeler (internally titled Solutions Engineer) helps customers create and manage financial models designed to evaluate and solve their business challenges using our proprietary Synario financial modeling software.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree
- One year of relevant transferable professional experience
- Strong quantitative problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal/interpersonal communication presentation and listening skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with complex financial modeling either in Excel or other financial modeling platform
- Personality and aptitude to build strong relationships and bonds with prospect/client base
- Interest in honing/developing new and specialized skills in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience/understanding of financial and budget imperatives
- Familiarity with computer programming skills/concepts
- High-order organizational skills and with a strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of accountability integrity and ethics
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in Client Service to design configure and build financial models using Synario to meet the needs of our clientele
- Advise clients in designing the optimal approach to configuring the model
- Assist clients in writing required logicto solve for their projection requirements and use cases
- Assist in and eventually lead the training attendant to the implementation process which involves e-learning classroom and web-based seminars
- Present the platform and be able to communicate effectively to C-Level users
- Provide advice and support related to client forums client success initiatives and other outreach programs
- Serve as the primary interface for product related issues during the implementation process and ongoing support of their use
- Build strong client relationships and instill confidence across the organization especially with the program leaders and technical contacts
- Support the sales team in configuring and leading demonstrations of the product to solve customer challenges

The anticipated base pay for this role is $65000 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
