Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Delivering integrated project deliverables exclusively in Autodesk Revit.
- Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
- Coordinating designs with Building Services Structural Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
- Troubleshooting issues and support technical team members.
- Coordination and collaboration utilising the Federated Model in the following platforms: Autodesk Navisworks BIM360 Model Coordination Bluebeam Revizto BIM Track.
- Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams and groups to ensure all design elements are considered.
- Communication with team members in other locations is a critical part of the role requiring familiarity and comfort in regular remote communication via video call and messaging.
What you will bring to the team:
- Minimum of 5 years experience using Autodesk Revit for HVAC designs.
- Advanced skills in Navisworks and associated coordination packages.
- Ability to work independently delivering accurate Revit models HVAC details and coordinated drawings.
- 5 to 10 years experience within Buildings type projects.
- Knowledge of Australian Building Codes & Standards.
- An understanding of ISO19650 principles.
- An ability to coordinate & manage your own workload project deliverables and deadlines.
- A desire to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement.
- A strong communicator and able to build positive working relationships internally/externally across all levels of the business.
- Experience in delivering design and documentation for other buildings disciplines is desirable.
This job offer is based in either Makati Quezon City or Cebu depending on candidate location.
