Who are we looking for
We are looking for experienced Structural Revit Modellers to prepare technical deliverables in the form of detailed design drawings for our Structures Modelling & Documentation group from sketches or from engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.
This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:
- Develop high quality designs and contract drawings using Structural Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Technical and quality checking of drawings and schedules
- Implementation of BIM on multi-disciplinary projects
- Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to provide quality service to clients to ensure that all documentation conforms to client/company standards
- Working with Navisworks BIM360 and ProjectWise collaboration software
- Develop and deliver creative design and documentation solutions using standard engineering methods
What you will bring to the team:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural design / draftingpreferably working in the consulting industry
- Strong technical skills using the latest AutoCAD Revit or similar BIM modelling software with proven ability to run models and perform clash detection
- has good understanding in Steel details and connections
- Proven ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams
- Positive personality excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both within a team and independently
This job offer can be based either in Makati Quezon City or Cebu depending on your home base / location.
