Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an International Sales Administrator in the Luxury Home Accessories sector. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our clients team and play a vital role in supporting their international sales efforts. You will be responsible for managing sales processes coordinating with clients and suppliers and ensuring that all transactions are executed flawlessly in this upscale industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales orders for international clients ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing reports and tracking sales metrics.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team clients and logistics providers to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions sales activities and inventory levels.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies targeting international markets.
  • Prepare and distribute sales presentations and promotional materials for luxury home accessories.
  • Handle customer inquiries providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns and market research for new products.


Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sales Administrator preferably in luxury goods or home accessories.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Understanding of international sales processes and regulations is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Must be available immediately and at present in UAE.
