The taki to North Levin project focuses on upgrading the transport link along State Highway 1 (SH1) between taki and North Levin to improve road safety reduce congestion enhance travel efficiency and support regional economic growth. It is one of the Governments Roads of National Significance and is being undertaken by two Alliances the north (delivered by partners Fulton Hogan HEB WSP and Aurecon) and south (delivered by partners Downer McConnell Dowell Beca and TonkinTaylor).
This exciting new four-lane 24.8km highway project will dramatically improve safety and resilience providing better access to walking and cycling facilities for those moving around or through the Horowhenua and Kpiti districts. The project includes multiple large complex bridge structures plus a full interchange at Taraua Road a half interchange north at Taylors Road two roundabouts and approximately 4m m3 of complex earthworks significant drainage infrastructure and a structural asphalt concrete pavement.
In partnership with NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi Muapoko Tribal Authority local hap of Ngti Raukawa ki te Tonga and the Horowhenua District Council this project will be executed through a two-alliance approach. Each alliance will be responsible for delivering a section of the road and associated works ensuring a collaborative and comprehensive delivery.

Were searching for a Site Office Administrator to join our Levin-based taki to north of Levin Highway Project (2NL Project). This is an on-site role where your efficiency adaptability and proactive mindset are essential in keeping our project running at full pace.

In addition to the above you will:
- Organise project clothing support and coordinate onsite meetings for both our individual organisations forming the project as well as our Joint Venture partners and assist with onboarding processes.
- Provide commercial team support by managing fleet bookings arranging WOFs and repair solutions and tracking plant while ensuring compounds are fully set up (e.g. kitchenettes bathrooms).
- Manage site facilities liaising with suppliers for water electricity and all building services front-footing any issues and keeping the wider team informed.

- Advanced ability with the Microsoft Suite in particular you must have strong Word and Excel.
