Job Description
Student Worker -University Communications Sports Assistant
Number of Openings: 1
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Sports Assistant positions work in the press box at various home varsity athletics contests assisting with compiling and recording statistics and additional game-day operations as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior experience with keeping statistics is ideal.
- Familiarity with scoring rules is a plus.
- A working knowledge of sport(s) and computer experience are helpful.
Hours:
Hours are late afternoons and evenings during the week Saturday afternoons and evenings and Sunday afternoons. These hours often fluctuate from week to week depending on the home schedules.
