CICE Customer Support Student Assistant
Salary
Classification Range $16.50 - $24.00 per hour
Anticipated hiring range depending on qualifications not to exceed $19.00

Work Schedule
Flexible within M-F 8-5. Up to 20 hours per week.
Job Summary
Under general direction responsible for providing front office customer service to students faculty staff and community members. Provide guidance information and assistance to students seeking academic internships and service-learning opportunities. Provide information to students on all of the CICE programs. Process necessary data and paperwork related to student placement for academic internships and service-learning. Assist students with CICE processes. Assist staff with maintaining partner data and internship position information and managing projects.
Use customer service and problem-solving skills to respond to customers via email telephone and in person. Ability to work as a member of a team and communicate effectively with office staff and administrators.
Should be familiar with a variety of office support technology and systems such as Outlook Word and Excel. Must be capable of learning CICEs custom computer programs.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty staff and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; familiarity with Microsoft Office programs; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position.
