Every piece of mail matters and as a Mailroom Clerk youll ensure that letters packages and documents are sorted processed and delivered accurately and on time. From handling incoming deliveries to preparing outgoing shipments youll be a vital part of keeping our daily operations organized and efficient.

Schedule Options:
- Days: MondaySaturday
- Shifts: Day evening and weekend availability
- Full-Time: Standard 8-hour shifts
- Part-Time: 46 hour shifts
- Overtime: Available during busy periods
Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail packages and deliveries
- Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments accurately and on time
- Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with packaging warranty returns or customer-related shipments
- Operate basic office and mailroom tools (training provided)
- Keep the mailroom clean organized and safe
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Dependable punctual and committed to accuracy
- Organized detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
- Comfortable standing moving and lifting light to moderate packages
- Willingness to learn adapt and take initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred not required
- Experience: No prior mailroom or shipping experience needed full training provided
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
