Job Description:
Lead and manage all financial activities: cash flow budgeting financial reporting taxation and audits
Develop short and long-term financial planning strategies
Monitor and control costs across interior projects and factory operations
Analyze financial data to support executive decision-making
Build efficient financial systems and internal procedures
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting (preference graduate from UNTAR UI Trisakti Atma Jaya) with IPK. Min 3.00
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager (preferably design&build or furniture manufacturing industries).
Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate SAP or similar.
Strong analytical skills leadership and team coordination.
Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and integrity.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
