The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly organisedExecutive Assistantto provide seamless support to the General Manager. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion professionalism and a proactive approach to managing executive priorities in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive diary and inbox management ensuring the General Managers schedule is prioritised and managed effectively.
  • Organising and coordinating international travel arrangements including visas itineraries and accommodation.
  • Preparing and formatting documents presentations and reports.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinating meetings both virtual and in-person including agendas materials and follow-ups.
  • Managing expense claims and financial administration related to the General Managers activities.
  • Handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Operating standard office equipment and managing communications via phone email and fax.
  • Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams).
  • Discreet professional and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
