As Marketing Manager you will be the steward of our brand narrative orchestrating refined marketing strategies that elevate our positioning and drive revenue across all touchpointsfrom our celebrated dining venues and serene spa to our curated retail offerings and bespoke guest services.
You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that align with our brands legacy of uncompromising elegance and innovation. Collaborating closely with department leaders you will ensure that every message visual and campaign reflects the timeless sophistication of the St. Regis brand while achieving measurable business goals.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Stewardship- Design and implement marketing strategies to drive RevPAR and non-room revenue across spa dining retail and guest services.
- Serve as the brand guardian for all on-property messaging ensuring alignment with St. Regis voice and visual identity.
- Partner with department heads to translate business goals into compelling marketing initiatives.
Digital & Content Management- Maintain and optimize the hotels digital presence including website content ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Oversee in-hotel digital and print communications including signage in-room collateral and guest-facing screens.
Campaign Development & Execution- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns promotions and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Director of Public Relations to support local and regional publicity efforts.
- Liaise with Marriott Internationals brand marketing teams to localize and implement global strategies.
Creative Oversight & Budget Management- Manage the creative workflow with the on-property graphic designer to ensure timely on-brand and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Leadership & Talent Development- Recruit mentor and inspire marketing team members fostering a culture of creativity accountability and excellence.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development aligned with brand and business goals.
Candidate Profile Education & Experience- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
Preferred Attributes- A refined aesthetic sensibility and deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Hungarian language skills are a plus.
