You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented individual to join Mercers Health Actuarial team as an Analyst. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office or from a client site.

Assist senior consultants with reviewing client needs recommending suitable approaches and helping implement benefit program strategies
Collect analyze and interpret health care data for reporting to the client
Acquire knowledge about the insurance vendor marketplace plan designs healthcare cost factors and the renewal process for health and group benefit programs
Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of a client
Help write and structure client communications including proposals reports spreadsheets and presentations
What you need to have:
Progress toward or completion of a bachelors degreeand concentration(s) in business math statistics economics and/or other related fields is preferred
Status as a currently enrolled student
Strong academic achievement demonstrated through rigorous course work and the ability to successfully balance extra-curricular activities
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future is
What makes you stand out
Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative and working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of data analysis project management and presentation design
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate with others in a skillful and engaging manner

The applicable base salary for this role is $68000/year.
