We are seeking a Compliance Iberia Manager to join our team and provide expert legal
guidance to support our organisations operations and strategic objectives.
The Compliance Iberia Manager position at InPost is a key role reporting to the Head of Legal
& Compliance Iberia based in Barcelona offering a hybrid work model.
This role focuses on ensuring InPosts operations in Spain and Portugal comply with all legal
and internal policy requirements. This includes fostering a compliance culture managing
risks ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies and supporting the Data
Protection Officer (DPO) for Iberia.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What responsibilities and objectives will you have

Oversight and Implementation: Manage the Ethics and Compliance program
covering areas such as data protection (GDPR) consumer protection competition
law and other relevant regulations e.g. in the logistics sector. Implement program
components empowering business leadership and managing risks effectively.
Compliance Culture: Promote a proactive compliance culture throughout the
organisation.
Risk Management: Contribute to the development and implementation of the risk
management strategy focusing on identifying assessing and mitigating
compliance risks.
Collaboration: Work with various departments to integrate compliance policies
into operations and align them with business objectives.
Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about legal and regulatory developments
affecting the organisation.
Reporting: Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and senior
management.
Incident Investigation: Investigate potential compliance violations document
findings and implement remediation plans.
Training: Deliver compliance training programs to foster awareness and
accountability.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all compliance activities.
Data Protection Support: Assist the DPO with tasks such as maintaining the
Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) managing data processing agreements and
responding to privacy requests.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the compliance
program adapting to regulatory changes and business strategies.
Operational Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of business operations and use
compliance metrics to inform strategic goals.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement changes to increase
efficiency.


Well what will the requirements be

Experience with compliance management systems and audit tools.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Any other languages are valued.
Minimum 6-7 years in a compliance advisory role.
Experience in regulatory compliance preferably in logistics or international trade
sectors.
Risk assessment and audit skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and training delivery skills
Proactive adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
High level of organisation attention to detail and risk awareness.
