Qualifications & Experience
(Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering).
Certifications (added advantage): PMP/ Six Sigma / Operations Management
Experience: 12 15 years in operations project and process management preferably in EPC or manufacturing (German MNC/engineering background preferred).
Proven expertise in supply chain management contract management procurement ERP systems and digital transformation. The Operations Process Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end operations including project execution supply chain procurement production coordination and process management. The role requires driving operational excellence implementing digitalization and process improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with international standards. The incumbent will collaborate with global and local teams to achieve sustained growth efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management
Lead and manage operations across contract management project execution SCM and production departments.
Develop implement and optimize operational processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
Drive factory operations to meet annual sales and profitability targets with consistent growth.
Spearhead ERP implementation digitalization and business process reengineering initiatives (FAST LISA DOXIS etc.).
Oversee CapEx and OpEx budgets with strict monitoring and cost optimization.
Develop and monitor KPIs for operational performance ensuring alignment with global standards. Supply Chain & Procurement
Review control and optimize vendor management sourcing and procurement activities.
Drive supplier performance management cost negotiations and contract finalization ensuring sustained cost reduction.
Implement and maintain effective inventory management strategies to minimize bottlenecks and maximize margins.
Ensure compliance with AEO Certification and supply chain safety standards. Project & Contract Management
Process customer orders in ERP ensuring seamless handover to production.
Monitor and execute contract closeouts extensions and claims negotiations.
Identify assess and mitigate operational and contractual risks.
Drive reporting and analytics through monthly cockpit reports covering bookings sales backlog and deliveries for HQ.
Leadership & People Management
Lead mentor and develop a team of professionals across multiple functions.
Establish departmental KPIs conduct appraisals and build a culture of accountability and motivation.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with headquarters and international stakeholders.
Compliance & Logistics
Manage import/export logistics customs clearance and documentation in compliance with Indian and international regulations.
Ensure adherence to government regulations industry standards and corporate governance policies.
