Assistant Manager - Sparkle Express Car Wash $17-$19 Hourly Range
Are you ready to step into leadership and grow your career At Sparkle Express Car Wash we dont just wash cars we build leaders. Were looking for an Assistant Manager whos hungry for growth thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be the right hand to the Site General Manager.
This isnt a support role its a command role. Youll be the #2 at the site driving culture hitting performance goals and running the operation when the Manager isnt there. If youve got the energy leadership skills and ambition to one day be a Site General Manager this is your path.
What Youll Be Doing
Leading by example whether its coaching the team stepping in for the GM or keeping the site running smoothly.
Driving performance pushing membership sales upsells and creating a revenue-driven culture.
Keeping things sharp schedules staffing efficiency and making sure every customer leaves happy.
Rolling up your sleeves cleaning light maintenance equipment checks and solving problems on the fly.
Living the Sparkle culture positivity accountability professionalism and pride in the brand.
What Were Looking For
Someone whos ready to be #2 now and #1 tomorrow (future Site GM).
A clean-cut energetic leader who motivates others and takes pride in their work.
Customer-first mindset you know how to make people feel valued.
Comfortable multitasking in a busy fast-paced environment.
Not afraid of physical work cleaning or light maintenance its part of the job.
Tech-savvy enough to handle POS systems and troubleshoot small issues.
Ambitious coachable and open to feedback.
Schedule & Workload
Full-time 4045 hours a week.
5 days a week with shifts averaging 910 hours.
Flexibility requiredbecause car washes run on weather and volume.
Pay & Benefits
