CWA Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CWA Groups services and projects to effectively assist clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support.
- Implement feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferably in an architectural or design context.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
Salary: $17.25 - $23.50 (per hour)
