We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Engineer to strengthen our sales force in Poland. This is a full-time permanent position with the flexibility to work from home.
You are responsible for the development of the turnover in the field of technical parts to the electronics industry. We are offering customized solutions for cable assemblies transformers keypads displays metals and plastics.
You support the Sales Department in improving and developing the Groups sales performance.
You must find contact and follow-up prospective clients. We expect you to develop a good understanding of the clients needs and find a match with our products technological capabilities and our supply chain services to add value to the business of client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate all these above elements to prospective clients
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Sales of customer electronic parts (cables transformers connectors metals and displays)
Prospect new clients and business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
Prepare quotations and conduct negotiations
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams (Engineering quality customer service)
Conduct satisfaction surveys and contribute to improvements
Travel weekly to visit clients and prospects
Report frequently to the management about the sales results target achievements and business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or training in Sales or International Trade
Experience in industrial product sales (electronics a plus)
Strong territory management skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Self-motivated and proactive
Excellent interpersonal skills
Curious pragmatic and autonomous
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Driving license required
Comfortable working in multicultural environments
