Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Engineer

Location: Santa Clara CA (5 Days Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Years of Experience: 8 Yrs.

Required Hours/Week: 40hrs./Week

Duties and Responsibilities:

The ITOM/CMDB Engineer is responsible for the design implementation management and optimization of IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) typically on platforms like ServiceNow.
Lead CMDB architecture and build standardized data models (e.g. CSDM) in ServiceNow
Maintain accuracy integrity and completeness of CMDB data
Audit configuration items (CIs) and remediate gaps
Design implement and support integrations between CMDB and other IT/enterprise systems.
Develop and implement automated workflows for ITOM (Discovery Event Mgmt. Orchestration Service Mapping).
