Job Description
- Exemplify all core values and guiding principles of RLS Logistics
- Responsible for counting the freight received and shipped.
- Verify counts compared to drivers BOLs by item.
- Identifies and reconciles count variances by making notations on driver bills and obtaining signature.
- Prepares over short and damage reports as required.
- Each Order Selector obtains cases from a warehouse location and places the cases on pallets or carts.
- The Order Selector selects cases by product type and number. These cases are neatly assembled on pallets or carts.
- Forklift experience preferred STAND UP & PALLET JACK
- Food Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- License or Certification: Forklift certification preferred
- Heavy lifting lifting of 50 pounds or more
- Able to stand for long periods of time (over 6 hours)
- Must be able to endure working in freezer environment for up to 6 hours
- Must be able to endure loud warehouse noises and have accurate vision to work in a freezer environment
