Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the EPR program including the timeline resources Risk/Assumption/Issue/Decision (RAID) items communications plan stakeholder management plan and change management plan
- Manage/oversee multiple EPR projects providing guidance coaching and support
- Define and maintain the EPR Program Roadmap strategic plan and program governance structure
- Develop manage and monitor EPR Product Owner team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and other key metrics
- Support team development and cohesiveness
- Create tailored presentations on various EPR topics for different audience levels (including executive-level presentations)
- Keep stakeholders engaged and informed facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders
- Lead problem solves when appropriate to ideate on solutions for customer pain points
- Facilitate and coordinate content for EPR Quarterly Stakeholder meetings
- Own and maintain relevant SharePoint content and Confluence pages
