We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support the implementation of new digital capabilities generate actionable data reports and monitor website performance. This is an ideal role for someone eager to learn take ownership of projects and grow within a digital team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the launch and implementation of new digital marketing capabilities (e.g. tools reward programs automations).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT brand media) to roll out digital initiatives.
- Create and manage regular performance reports using tools like Google Analytics Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Analyze website traffic user behavior and performance trends to generate insights.
- Assist in optimizing digital touchpoints to improve user experience and conversion.
- Maintain documentation of digital processes dashboards and KPIs.
- Monitor digital KPIs and escalate anomalies or opportunities.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing web analytics or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics Tag Manager and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Looker Studio).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus if working with LATAM.
