Job Description
We are now looking for a proactive and organized Routing Specialist to join our fast-paced and ever-evolving work this role you will be a key player in ensuring smooth efficient and timely deliveries for thousands of our customers every day.
You will work closely with our terminals couriers and internal teams to design optimized routes monitor capacity and participate in the continuous improvement of our routing tools and processes. Your work will have a direct impact on our mission to make e-commerce logistics seamless sustainable and customer-centric.
About the role
As a Routing Specialist you will be responsible for planning and optimizing routes. You will work in close collaboration with terminals couriers and internal stakeholders to ensure we have a stable and effective delivery chain. You will be part of our Last Mile team and report to the Last Mile Manager.
Some of the things you will do
Plan & optimize: Analyze simulate and create routes for parcel deliveries that maximize efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate closely: Work with terminals couriers tech teams and other internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow and quickly solve operational issues.
Monitor & forecast: Keep track of capacity and forecast demand to keep our deliveries on schedule.
Drive development: Participate in the product development of our routing tools and other operational processes helping us to innovate and improve.
Sustainability Champion: Fossil-free Logistics: You will be responsible for making our deliveries 100% fossil-free. You will achieve this by creating and managing processes to ensure our courier partners use and report on renewable fossil-free fuels.

You are a very communicative person with a can-do mindset.
A driven person who likes to have many ongoing projects at the same time - and of course - you want to develop within Budbee!
The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and we need to do them well.
You take a lot of ownership in your work and strive to be the best at what you do.
You have a positive mindset and tackle challenges with a smile.
Flexible and open to change as well as taking initiatives and having a creative mind.
Analytically strong with an ability to combine data with human intuition to crystallize your hypotheses and execute upon them.
Strong organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Finnish is required.
