Our Global HR Operations team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to Jump Tradings incredible employees. We prioritize operational efficiency while maintaining a thoughtful balance with an outstanding employee experience.

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to oversee HR operations across the APAC region streamline processes and drive compliance with local regulations. This role will act as a key connector between APAC the US and EMEA ensuring alignment with global initiatives.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide leadership guidance and development to a geographically distributed HR Operations team while focusing on high-performance and collaboration
  • Build regional roadmaps for the operations function including payroll benefits and Workday enhancements that roll up into global HR Operations objectives
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes including payroll onboarding offboarding lifecycle changes payroll administration benefits employee queries and data management. Provide back up on day to day operational coverage regionally as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws data privacy regulations and company policies across APAC locations
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Support global mobility processes for inbound and outbound transfers within APAC including short-term & long-term assignments and direct transfers
  • Partner with global teams on HR system (particularly Workday) testing integrations and global process alignment
  • Collaborate with regional counterparts to drive cross-regional HR initiatives and policy harmonization

Skills Youll Need:

  • 8 years of HR operations experience including leadership roles
  • Expertise in Workday are required with an emphasis on utilizing HR technology to automate processes
  • Knowledge of APAC employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin required
  • Ability to travel to regional and global offices as needed
