About the position:
The ITAD (IT asset disposition) part of the company provides services to support the life cycle of a product - logistics control and tracking refurbishment and repair data destruction and recycling.
What will you do as anAccount Manager:
Work with business customers to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements
Maintain the companys existing relationship with the customers
Ensure invoice accuracy and coordinating onsite services within the agreed to service level agreements
Provide progress reports to clients and upper management as needed
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between customers and the company
Provide training to customers on the Client Portal
Look for opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
Maintain accurate data regarding the customer
Support contract renewal
Work Monday - Friday 10:00-19:00

Have previous sales/customer service experience
Have previous experience in working in a similar role or in a similar field (IT distribution) (considered a strong advantage)
