We are now looking for a Senior Manager Contracts to join our team.

Daily challenges

• Assist in the initiation negotiation execution acceptance and maintenance of contracts.

• Support the maintenance of contract templates and standard agreements.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with contract managers on contract strategies.

• Provide assistance in contract negotiations.

• Maintain contract-related records and handle contract-related tasks as assigned.

• Participate in contract process improvement initiatives.

eXperience and skills required

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education experience and certification.

• 6 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

• Proven experience in contract management and negotiations.

• Proficiency in contract law risk assessment and contract drafting.

• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
