Job Description
The Customer Service Greeter at Bartow Ford will provide exceptional service to customers entering and exiting the dealership. The Greeter is also responsible for creating a positive customer experience and making customers feel welcome and valued. The Greeter promotes a hospitality-oriented environment while understanding the customers needs and working to ensure customer satisfaction.
** Full-Time / Part-Time Available **
Compensation & Benefits:

- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 7:00 pm (Monday Friday schedule will vary); Must be available to work on Saturday from 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person when they enter the dealership.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions
- Address customer inquiries and complaints either directly or with the support of management.
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance accordingly.
- Direct customers to appropriate areas of the dealership.
Requirements:
- Must submit to a background check and drug test
- Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
