Our client a leading global aviation leasing company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Compliance Manager to join their Legal Compliance team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned corporate governance professional to work in a dynamic international environment supporting the compliance governance and company secretarial functions across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update corporate records including changes to directorships shareholdings and declarations of dividends.
Support corporate secretarial functions using relevant software (e.g. Blueprint) and generate accurate corporate structure charts.
Organise board meetings and draft written resolutions ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Liaise with service providers and company secretaries across multiple global jurisdictions.
Coordinate incorporation of new entities and support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
Ieal Profile:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
At least 3 years of experience in a corporate legal department law firm or corporate service provider.
Preferably a member (or in training) with the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI UK & Ireland) or equivalent.
